We are so pleased to announce that we have a significantly improved registration portal for our conventions and events. Please click this link below for instructions on using the new system. We are no longer using Eventbrite and PayPal to manage our registration.
Registration is required for in-person attendees and is strongly requested for virtual attendees. Please be prepared to make your hotel reservation during the check-out process. The hotel requires a one night deposit to secure your reservation.

Hotel Rates
- Mandatory convention registration before making Hyatt reservations.
- Registrations cannot be made directly by calling the Hyatt.
- Room Rate $124 plus taxes/night.
- Incidental $50/night. Debit cards will have a 10-day hold & affect available funds.
- Only “2 Queen Beds” room type available at convention rate.
- Mandatory one night deposit of $124 plus taxes when making reservation.
- June 20, 2025 is the last day to be refunded one night’s deposit for cancellation.
- June 20, 2025 is the reservation cut-off date.

For leaders, laity, and official delegates attending virtually. Full-size program book provided.
8. Standard Virtual Registration – $59.99
For all lay members, friends, and guests attending online. Your registration is vital to the success of the conference and includes a smaller program booklet.
